10/22/11:  My fall 2011 trip included Blackwater Falls State Park, Spruce Knob and Douglas Falls in WV.  I also visited the Finger Lakes Region, Letchworth Falls State Park, Watkins Glen State Park and Eagle Cliff Falls in NY.  Finally, I visited the beautiful Ricketts Glen State Park in PA.  Enjoy.

07/03/11:  Just returned from a short trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto.  Niagara Falls was beautifully lit up at night.  Also, a photograph that I took in Afghanistan was published on National Geographic Online entitled, "Flying with the red, white and blue."  The link is here:

06/14/11:  We've just returned from our honeymoon in Switzerland.  I've included photographs from the Matterhorn and the area around Zermatt.  I've also included photographs from Chateau De Chillon, Geneva, Bernese Oberland and Lucerne.  Enjoy.

11/11/10:  It was another great fall season.  This year, I went to the northeast and Canada to view fall colors.  We went to Adirondack State Park, Moss Glen Falls, Jenne Farm, Owl's Head, Falling Waters and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  We also went up to Canada and visited Montreal, Mont Tremblant National Park, Fundy National Park, Cape Breton Highlands National Park and the beautiful Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia.  Finally, we visited Acadia National Park.  The next week, I visited some old favorites including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and Whitewater Falls.

9/12/10:  Well, it's been over a year since my last update.  I deployed to Afghanistan in January and just returned in August.  It was a great experience and of course I took some photographs.  Helmand Province was a harsh desolate location but within the province, there were definitely some hidden gems.  I also added some photographs from San Francisco and Los Angeles.

10/26/09:  This year, I went on a trip to discover Appalachian fall colors.  Photographs from locations in West Virginia include Blackwater Falls State Park, Dolly Sods, Spruce Knob, Falls Of Hills Creek and Glade Creek Grist Mill.  I also visited Shenandoah National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherohala Skyway.

10/5/09:  Added some photographs from New York City from Labor Day weekend.

5/11/09:  Just  added are photographs from the French Quarter in New Orleans and Pensacola Beach.

4/5/09:  I was able to visit Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park and Dry Tortugas National Park during a recent trip down to South Florida.

12/27/08:  Some recent photographs of Zion National Park and Joshua Tree National Park after recent snowfall.

11/9/08:  Today, I've uploaded several new photographs from my trip across the country to Pensacola, FL. where I'm doing 6 months of Navy Flight Training.  After visiting Zion National Park, I shot some photographs of a spectacular sunset near Ten Mile Range, CO.  I  then visited Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and Shenandoah National Park.  I also took some detours and visited Glade Creek Grist Mill, Pearson Falls and beautiful autumn colors around Whitewater Falls.  Enjoy!

10/19/08:  I've added several new photographs from a great fall trip starting in Great Basin National Park and going all the way up to the Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National  Park and Glacier National Park.  I then went up to Canada and visited Banff National Park, Jasper National Park and Yoho National Park.  I then went to Colorado to see fantastic fall colors.  My trip included Grand Mesa, San Juan Skyway, Dallas, Divide, Last Dollar Road, Silver Pick Road and Capitol Creek.  I also visited Ohio Pass, Kebler Pass, McClure Pass and Maroon Bells.  I then ventured into Utah and visited Bridal Veil Falls and Mt. Nebo Scenic Highway.  Stay tuned for an update from the East Coast.

6/12/08:  Update from a recent trip through northern California.  Included in the visit are trips to  Yosemite National ParkBurney Falls State Park, Mossbrae Falls, Lake Tahoe, the beautiful Big Sur coastline and Channel Islands National Park  where we were visited  by dolphins and a humpback whale.

3/14/08:  Another update to my website after my trip to the Sierra Nevada during the winter time.  I had a chance to witness the "firefalls" of Horsetail Falls at Yosemite National Park.  For 2-3 weeks at the end of February, the last light of sunset under the correct conditions will illuminate Horsetail Falls and make it look "on fire."  It was a great experience. I also visited Death Valley National Park, Alabama Hills at the base of Mt. Whitney and a beautiful wildflower display at Amboy Crater National Natural Landmark.

2/11/08:  It's been over a year since my last update.  I've been really busy doing internship at NMCSD (Naval Medical Center San Diego).  However, I do have alot of photographs to update.  Last spring, I visited many new locations and added photographs of Big Bend National Park, Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, White Sands National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, Chiracahua National Monument, Death Valley National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Saguaro National Monument, Glen Canyon National Recreational Area, Goblin Valley State Park and the upper and lower Antelope Canyon.  After graduating from Creighton last summer, I went on a second trip and added photographs from North Clear Creek Falls, Treasure Falls, Grotto Falls, Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Wind Cave National Park, Glacier National Park, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.  I then cross the border and visited Calgary, Victoria, Waterton Lakes National Park, Banff National Park and Jasper National Park.  Afterwards, I came back to the states and visited North Cascades National Park, Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier National Park, Seattle, Snoqualmie Falls and Mt. Saint Helens.  I then visited the beautiful Columbia River Gorge area which include spectacular waterfalls like Multnomah Falls, Latourell Falls, Black Panther Falls and Horsetail Falls.  I ended my trek back home with visits to Crater Lake National Park, Burney Falls State Park, Mossbrae Falls and San Francisco.  During all these trips, I saw plently of wildlife which included deer, black/brown bears, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, wolves, bison, elk, caribou and foxes.  Finally, I added sculpture photographs from Omaha and 4th of July fireworks from San Diego.  Enjoy!

12/6/06:  Here is a year end update which includes a variety of different photographs.  Included are photographs taken in the beautiful city of San Diego which also includes Hotel Del Coronado as well as surrounding Torrey Pines State Park, Cabrillo National Monument and Channel Islands National Park.  I have also included pictures taken from Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge that include bald eagles, hawks, toads and deer.  Some pictures of lions taken at the San Diego Wild Animal Park and sunrise in Omaha were also added.

10/15/06:  Returned from my fall trip this year that led me to southwest Colorado and eastern Utah.  In Utah, I hiked up to Delicate Arch at Arches National Park and visited Canyonlands National Park.  I also visited Dead Horse Point State Park and Fisher Towers.  While in Colorado, I visited the famous Crystal Mill and went to Aspen where I saw the Maroon Bells and drove through Independence Pass.  I also went into the San Juan Mountains after a large snowfall.  I drove through the San Juan Skyway and saw Bridal Veil Falls in Telluride and drove through Last Dollar Road and Silver Pick Road (highly recommend!).  Afterwards, I went through Ohio Pass, Kebler Pass and Silver Jack Reservoir.  During this trip, I also saw Agnes Vailles Falls and Rifle Falls.

6/28/06:  Huge update from my summer break:  I included some great fireworks from this years College World Series in Omaha and some photographs of zoo animals.  I then visited Minnesota for the first time and came back with several photographs.  I added two more national parks to the list I have visited.  Those two are Voyageurs National Park and Isle Royale National Park.  I also drove through North Shore Drive, located on the western side of Lake Superior.  Locations I photographed on North Shore Drive include Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, Grand Portage Falls, Split Rock Lighthouse etc...Finally, photographs of famous sights in Minneapolis and St. Paul concluded my trip into Minnesota.  On my second trip, I ventured into northeast Arizona and parts of Utah.  I visited Natural Bridges National Monument as well as Canyon De Chelly National Monument.  I also travelled through the Valley of the Gods and Goosenecks of the San Juan State Park.  The highlight of this trip was my first visit to Monument Valley Tribal Park and my second visit to Antelope Canyon.  Enjoy!

5/28/06:  Took some nice lightning photographs of Omaha and some flowers at Lauritzen Gardens.  Also added some photos of downtown Kansas City.  I also added a guest book at the bottom of the homepage, please sign in!  Thanks.

10/6/05:  Returned from a 4 day trip through the beautiful fall colors of Colorado a few weeks ago.  Added fall pictures from the Maroon Bells, McClure Pass, Dallas Divide, San Juan Skyway, Ohio Pass and Kebler Pass.  Enjoy.

3/26/05:  I attended the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament to watch the Creighton Bluejays win the Missouri Valley Conference in basketball and head to the NCAA tournament.  While I was there, I also took some shots of the city as well as some nice flower pics in St. Louis.  I also added some more shots of Omaha.

10/21/04: Just returned from a trip through Colorado.  Took some nice pics of the city of Denver, the Maroon Bells near Aspen, as well as some of the beautiful mountains around Independence Pass.  Also added some nice downtown photos and photos of Creighton University in Omaha, NE.

8/31/04:  It's been almost a year since I've updated but I have finally have pictures to add to my website.  This time, the photos are from metropolitan cities.  I have a nice nightime photo of the Golden Gate Bridge Bridge in San Franscisco.  Additionally, I have photos from my second home, Omaha, Nebraska.

9/2/03: Just added are photographs from my backpacking trip up Sawmill Pass into Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.  This will probably be my last update for awhile as I am pretty busy in medical school at Creighton University.  Who knows, I might update with pictures of cornfields or something.  We'll see........

5/18/03:  I have added photographs taken from Gorman and Antelope Valley in California during April.  It was a beautiful flower season this year.  Also added are pictures I took at Torrey Pines State Reserve.

11/24/02:  Photographs from my trip to Great Smokey Mountains, Mammoth Cave, Cuyahoga Valley and the Poconos have been added.  They include photographs of fall colors and several waterfalls.  As an aside, I got my first acceptance to medical school.....YAY!

10/22/02:  Just added photographs from Shenandoah National Park.  Very beautiful park even besides the fact that it rained most of the time.  I still plan on visiting Great Smokey Mountains National Park and Mammoth Cave National Park in the near future.

9/28/02:  Photographs from my recent trip to Devil's Postpile National Monument and Yosemite National Park have been added.  Currently, I am planning a trip to the east coast to visit Shenandoah National Park and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

4/2/02:  I am excited to announce that one of my photographs will be published for the first time.  "Morning Dew" has been selected to be published in the forthcoming anthology, Infinite Illusions (ISBN 0-7951-5104-7) which is due out for publication in Fall 2002.  Thanks to The International Library of Photography (picture.com) for considering my photograph.

2/4/02:  I scanned some nice images I took at Torrey Pines State Reserve which happens to be minutes away from UCSD.  Feel free to take a look, thanks.

1/10/02:  During my winter break, I visited several places old and new.  I have new beautiful photographs from Joshua Tree National Park. and of coyotes I saw there.  I also visited the spectacular Antelope Canyon as well as Rainbow Bridge National Monument, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and the newly designated Vermilion Cliffs National Monument.  Enjoy the photographs.

11/3/01:  Improvements were made to speed up the website by replacing pictures with smaller thumbnails.  New sunset pictures were added to the Mesa Verde National Park section and Great Basin National Park pictures have been added.
